Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
- 2 TBS butter
- 16oz Milk Chocolate
- 1/4 cup of Evaporated milk
- 2 TBS of your favorite Riesling
- Fresh strawberrys, pound cake, or anything you like dipped in chocolate
Preparation-
Over a double boiler, melt the ingredents while stirring constantly. Pour the sauce into the fondue pot keep at lowest heat. To serve, dip the fresh fruit or cake into sauce and enjoy
Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups of Swiss cheese cut into cubes
- 2 cups of your favorite Chardonnay wine
- Ground pepper
- Cubed french bread
Preparation-
In saucespan, rub garlic over the bottom of pan. Put in the cheese and wine. Melt until cheese is smooth (slow and over low heat works best), stirring constantly. Season with pepper
Pour into fondue pot keep warm on low heat.
To serve dip bread and enjoy!
